OPERATING GUARANTEE:
The Seller guarantees the machinery subject of the contract for a period of 12 months from the start-up date.
This guarantee, for vices and defect deriving from the material or manufacture, is subject to the declaration within 10 days from their detection.
Exclusion from the guarantee:
• wear materials, static and dynamic, subject to abrasion of contaminants, like for instance: mud
extractors, pump mechanical seals, blower impellers, rotor and draining body of the centrifuge.
• Defects due to employ of materials different from those destined for the manufacturing of the plant
• defects caused by misuse of working instructions, bad maintenance and by modifications andrepairs
done by the Buyer without the Seller's agreement.
The guarantee is fulfilled and satisfied with the free repair or replacement (ex Buyer's works) of the defective parts and the Buyer renounces to claim for damages that he or any third party deriving rights from him may have suffered because of the defective parts.
The Seller guarantees that all the machines and the equipment are manufactures in accordance with the safety regulation in force in his country.
SERVICE

The seller should send two or three technicians to buyer's company make installation and commissioning of this machine. The time of installation and commissioning is within 30 days from the date which seller's technicians arrive at buyer's factory and the seller prepare well all conditions for installation and commissioning.
The buyer should pay for the charges of roundtrip ticket, lodging, meal and inland traffic to seller's technician. And give each technician salary 50 USD one day.

The seller should supply spare parts and service of maintenance to buyer out of
warranty period, but the buyer should pay for the cost of parts and freight out of China and pay the roundtrip tickets between China and buyer, lodging and dinner, medical treatment, etc.

The seller should supply buyer the documents for installation and commissioning and other related documents will be supplied to buyer before shipment.
